The integrated consideration of the behavior of buildings over the entire life cycle is crucial in order to establish whether buildings, natural areas and habitats meet the advertised requirement profile, not only at the time of handover or before the expiry of the warranty period, but whether the defined functionality shall also be achieved for the next generations – with environmental impact and costs minimized as much as possible.

We regularly invite contemporary artists to fill up our "static work environments" at the premises of our locations in Klagenfurt and Graz with the spirit of their artworks and to promote regional art projects.
